I really like the Motorola M. Extendend battery life and water repellant coating are some of the plus sides to it over the S III. I also like that it fits easier into the hand but still boasts a decently large screen.

Extra internal memory in the S III along with S-beam and S-voice. Aside from that most the features are the same like camera quality, processor speed, 4G capable. Either the S III or the Moto M is a win. But I enjoy the M right now (better priced too).
