As the other Carriers are marketing the Windows Phone 8 via their Stores, Web Sites, Television ads, Etc. it continues to amaze me why USCC announces a formal news release, which they will support and carry a Windows Phone 8, yet remains off-the-radar towards sharing information with customers where they stand. As a user who has stayed true to USCC for 20 plus years, and worked through the it's becoming more than uncomfortable to witness others move forward in a timely manner. During a recent call to USCC Smartphone Support, when an inquiry towards the Windows Phone 8 was posed, the response was, “we are usually trained and brought up-to-date with new phones for release 30 – 60 days prior, and have yet to be trained on any Windows Phone 8 device.” WOW! Was this ever discouraging. Obviously it was one person asking another and does not represent the formal USCC business plan, but certainly reflects the tone in the local stores, (both corporate and franchise) and too, talking to Customer Service. Therefore the question is posed to those of this forum, will USCC be formally joining the other carriers with a Windows Phone 8 and if so, which brand and models?
