I agree with what you're saying. I've noticed advertising in stores stating something like "save $300 a year over Verizon or AT&T" so they make it clear who they are competing with. Cricket, Leap, MetroPCS, Jitterbug could also make such a claim as well. Like you said, you can't compete with VZ or ATT using prepay level phones. Just look at all the various Droid Razrs VZ is selling. VZ has about 20 or so 4G phones. US Cell currently has 2 or 3 4G phones. US Cell has the Electrify 2 which is still a 3G model. Motorola really can't be bothered making phones for a carrier that orders phones by the hundreds vs carriers that order phones by the hundreds of thousands. I've read comments from users saying USCC is geared for older and geriatric consumers. Fine, but if that's your target, then don't try to compete with VZ or ATT. Your competition should be Jitterbug then. Pick one already. Cellular is all about technology and the big guys are at the forefront of technology. If USCC can't keep up, then change your competition to be prepay carriers.
