Firstly, just because a company gets bought out doesn't mean they are morons. The moron is the one who actually thinks everyone but their own company is a moron.

Secondly, every year this question is asked and every year the owners of the company (not CEO, but owners) let the company know they have no interest in selling USCC.

If it happens it happens, but talking big words without anything to back it up does make you look like a troll.

US Cellular is the emerging big dog that will take down first ATT and then soon after Verizon. The facts are the facts and US Cellular customer are loyal and love their company! The word is spreading like wild fire!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just ridiculous...I hope you are joking, but assuming you are serious:..If all of the 6 or so million US Cellular customers love US Cellular, what difference does this make to ATT and Verizon, and exactly at what time will US Cellular take down these 2? Year 2112?

While I do not know if the company is going down as earlier stated, I believe it is safe to say (and even the biggest US Cellular homers will agree) that US Cellular is not taking down ATT or Verizon.

One good way to determine if you live in a desirable area is by asking who the main network provider is. For example, if you live in an area where US Cellular is the primary choice by the population, then you most likely live out in the woods or in a small city or town. If you live in an area that doesn't even offer US Cellular, then you live in a more desirable location based on population (Arizona, Texas, California, Florida, etc). So I guess what I'm saying is US Cellular takes all the crumbs that the big 4 don't want.

Wow, they have 6 million customers and operate only in a handful of states and they are going to take down AT&T with over 95 million customers in all 50 states and US territories. Oh, another thing. AT&T's phones will work in every country in the world where there is cell towers. Will US Cellular's? And the answer to that question is a resounding no.

US Cellular is a joke, but I'm happy they're around as the big two need all the competition they can get. I was a customer at one time, but ditched them because they just didn't have coverage anywhere. Maybe when they grow up and get 50 million customers like Sprint has they can call themselves a big dog. But til then, they're nothing but a runt mutt.

Apparently not this article.

Under the leadership of the fearless Mary Dillion this company will sink unless they start to make some serious changes.

M.D. wants to operate a regional company as if it were one of the big 3 without the big 3 $$$. They can charge those fees people will always pay them b/c they want to be the first to own the latest and greatest, and that's fine, but for the majority of customers they want to be treated right.

USCC used to hang their hat on the rack of exceptional customer service, and realized it couldn't compete in the "latest greatest" race. Throw all that out the window now. USCC is now ta...

Doesnt anyone read the consumer reports? Rated best network and customer service... Mary Dillon, imo, is saving the company so before replying do some homework. ATT/Verizon/Sprint, yes they are the big dogs but their customers know all they are is a number. A customer of USCELLULAR feels the difference and if you disagree than you obviously are not customer and are missing out.

Yup, she is saving the company-just like Jesus. Give me a break! US Cellular was rated very high by Consumer Reports before she ever took over. Yeah, you aren't a number at US Cellular-$30 renewal fee-just like the competitors, $350 smart phone ETF (just like the other guys), early renewal time moved to 22 months just like the big 4, higher points needed to renew faster, etc. Yup, US Cell's customers are treated different than the big 4. Can you tell me how? I'm not seeing it.
