You have been there 10 years? I'm sure someone at corporate is wondering how and why you still have a job! I have concluded that there is a company wide initiative to start firing tenured employees by writing them up over bullsh*t. If you don't quit due to their harassment, then they'll just go ahead and fire you altogether. This is a company wide directive that comes from the very top-Mary "McDonalds" McDillon. She and her cronies need to pay for their new ski resort chalets in Aspen, Co. They can't afford it if they're busying paying out big salaries to tenured employees. This also just goes to show how the Carlson family that owns TDS, which owns US Cellular, is giving Mary the green light to start her reign of terror. Morale is at a new low point. Tenured associates from across the board, call centers and retail stores alike, all tell the same story lately. The story of how they are on final written warnings, PIP plans, or have been fired all together. The culture survey was canceled after last year's horrible results and Esler and Kruger was subsequently "retired" and their services were no longer needed to take culture surveys anymore. I think a class action lawsuit may be in order. I'm sure the US Cellular legal team told Mary and her goons that they have the green light to start systemically firing anyone who has been with the company over 10 years. US Cellular has turned into a corrupt, dishonest, and unethical company. They claim to be one thing, but behind the scenes is the total opposite.
