Also with the strict limitations for the use of vacation it looks like we may have to cancel our anniversary trip because it may not be convenient for the store to let him take a weekend off. He has been told several times the past few years that he couldn't take vacation during certain times. This is a joke, they give vacation days out but they get to decide when you use them. Guess he may have to get sick for a week.
He also took almost a $10,000 pay cut this past year due to the "new and improved" way of doing things. He continues to be ranked in the top 5% of RWCs in the state but that doesn't seem to be good enough.
I think the employees and their families need to come together and make these injustices known publicly. I have already written articles to 2 local papers. Maybe we should contact the other wireless providers and have them use this as a tool to attract new employees since almost all other providers give at least 1 weekend a month off if not every other. It just makes me sick that they are forcing their employees to put work before their families. How can you expect people to work hard and be happy and energetic if things are continually taken away from them.
