I left the company last summer after working there for 5 years... Complete 180 from when i started as far as culture goes. I remember listening to executives say "o we arent changing the D.O. we are updating it) well when miss mcdillon changed employee satisfaction to employee passion i knew something was up.

they terminated my Store and Sales managers both within 2 months of eachother.. Then put all the older employees on improvement plans, Luckily my sales manager was smart and didnt print any corrective action paperwork so we all got off because there was no paper trail! but i still know alot of great people that work there and i wish they could finally move on.
