simple reasons really and they are blind to see them under their noses.
advertisements suck!!
little selections in handsets
slow data speeds 1.3 mbps at its best.
Belief plans are a failure, did not attracted 2 million customers as expected. only 3 belief plans to choose from. would rather see those plans plus more a la carte plans.
they have internal commission problems that all sales associates complain and the company simply turns a blind eye to it. Saves them money. so sales associates have not even motivated, they are there just for the paycheck.
