"Customers looking for the most advanced devices will have more options this fall. A Motorola Smartphone with dual-core 1 GHz processors and 4.3-inch touchscreen is optimized for multimedia applications like watching TV and movies, and has worldphone capabilities for global travelers. One of the slimmest and lightest Smartphones is coming from LG, though it’s also heavy on features with a 1 GHz processor, 4-inch touchscreen and ultra-bright LCD display that’s easy to view in sunlight. Both devices run on the Android operating system."

This is what I have been able to deduce so far. LTE will probably be launched with the Motorola Atrix. I spoke with an LG rep at the beginning of the year and he said there will be phone launching with a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 2GB of internal memory, front and rear facing camera, and the next-gen retina display. I would also imagine that USC would get the Galaxy II...not sure.
