Agreed. Nobody can ever please everyone, however the Belief Project addresses all of the major points customers have been asking for years for the wireless industry to change.
Many have switched to the new plans, others find that the comparison does not work for them and they stay on their old plans. We generally do not force customers to move to other plans, so they have a choice. Customers are free to compare then make their own decision.
