AnyPath Parameters
10 days Messages Saved (new and saved)
5 minutes Message Length
37.5 minutes of messages Total Messages Space (new and saved)
20 lists Total Distribution Lists (with up to 800 #'s each) [Distribution Lists only work for wireless CTN's on the same voicemail platform. Basically regionally.]
120 seconds Out-going Message Length
2 greetings Number of Greetings

For Current Handsets: Click on the handset’s make and model then follow these steps:
Programming Instructions > Voicemail Box Number
For Retired Handsets: Click on the link named “Voicemail Password Deprogramming Guide for Retired Handsets” and find the handset’s make and model .

• Voice Mail Service Description

The first time you access your Voice Mail, a tutorial will step you through changing your password and recording your name and personal greeting. If you do not complete the tutorial, it will restart the next time you access your Voice Mail.

Setup From Wireless Phone:
1. Access your mailbox by either dialing your 10 digit phone number, or *86 + SEND.
2. Follow the prompts to setup your mailbox-
a. Choose English or Spanish as your language preference+
b. Setup your 4-10 digit password±
c. Record your voice signature
d. Record or select your greeting
Note: If you have not initialized your Voice Mail account, please ensure you are using your handset to initially set up your account. You will be unable to initialize your account from any other phone than your wireless device.

+Language Preference
The Customer has the option to set the language preference within the Anypath menu. This is a new option for U.S. Cellular® customers and is updateable at any time. Customers on the Anypath voicemail system do not need a SOC added to their account for a Spanish language voicemail experience.

±Secure Password Information
To protect your privacy, the Voice Mail system doesn’t allow “easy-to-guess” passwords, including repeating digits (3333), consecutive digits (1234 or 4321), or ascending or descending even/odd numbers (2468 or 7531). Your careful choice of a unique password will be an important step in protecting your Voice Mail service.

Access From Wireless Phone:
• Access your mailbox by either dialing your 10 digit phone number, or *86 + SEND.
From Landline Phone:
1. Dial your wireless phone number.
2. When the greeting begins, press the * key to interrupt it.
3. When prompted, enter your password.

To Listen to Your Messages

From the main menu:

Play messages (play menu) Press 1

Message Playback Options:

Rewind 10 seconds Press 1
Rewind to beginning Press 11
Pause Press 2
Skip Forward 10 seconds Press 3
Skip to the End Press 33
Date/Time Information Press 5
Previous Message Press 51
Delete Message Press 7
Save Press 9
Skip Message Press #

End of Message Options:

Rewind 10 seconds Press 1
Rewind to Beginning Press 11
Replay Press 4
Date/Time Information Press 5
Previous Message Press 51
Forward (send copy) Press 6
Delete Press 7
Reply (By Voice Mail to Another Subscriber) Press 8
Save (mailbox can store up to 35 minutes of voice messages). Press 9

Other Options:

Help Press 0
Back Up / Cancel Press *
Go to Main Menu (at any time) Press **
Complete a Command Press #

Key Features:

Skip Password – By default, your Voice Mail is set up to prompt you for your password each time you access your mailbox from any phone. This protects your privacy. The Skip Password option, when turned “On”, allows direct access to your Voice Mail from your wireless phone without entering a password. Keep “Off” for password protection. 442
Date / Time Playback – Select whether the date and time play at the beginning of each message. 424

Modify Personal Greeting
Press 3 and follow the prompts.

Modify Password (Inside Personal Options - 4)
Press 441 and follow the prompts.
