Personally I haven't heard as much about the DO as from the prior CEO. I'm not complaining either. It was to the point of indoctrination. It was almost scary. You would hand someone a piece a paper and that person would recite "way to show respect." While that's nice and all, a simple "thank you" would have sufficed. It was like nobody had their own original thoughts, just reciting code words and phrases. I really don't know what the new CEO has in store. Her silence might speak volumes. I think she might be more concerned about the bottom line than the culture. Who knows? I wouldn't be surprised if more customer service type jobs gets outsourced to save money/benefits. We'll have to wait and see. Only time will tell.
