Now where the extra money that adds into that overall sale comes with the add on features, so for example 2 renewals with data add on could be 78 or it could be $102 depending on where you are at for the monthly goal. Granted the scale is retro for the entire month it just depends on where you are.
So you still can have an account thats on a belief plan and if the upgrade equpt as in data phone you still get paid out on the feature upgrade.
The loss of renewals has also adjusted other parts of payouts.
So would I choose a renewal or migration. Well the renewal payout is based on your goals and the migration is a flat rate pay. If I'm in fear of not making goals why would I not switch a customer to a Belief Plan and get the flat payout?
There are other changes in the commission structure that also went up, but thats not something that can be discussed.
It all depends on how you look at the adjustment. Besides in the grand scheme of things every company has to make changes.
(I remember when I used to work for AT&T and they cut feature payouts from $2,000 to $3,000 to $400. Try dealing with that! And the management still told us were going to make the same amount of money. $400 does not $3,000 equal!)
The last time there was a commission restructue was with the Belief Project and before was about 2 years prior.
The amount of avaiable funds is not decreasing. Its being allocated differently.
I'm not trying to make anyone change thier mind, nor glorify or condem the change. Its all how you look at it. Change is always coming and should be expected. Perhaps in the coming months there will be a change again. You don't know.
