Thank you for saying that! You cannot believe everything that you hear, you must go and find out for yourself.

There have been numerous times that customers have wanted to switch to these new plans but for them cost was the most important thing. When it wasn't cost effective for them to switch they didn't and we didn't push them. There is no need or rush to do so. If your current plan works, keep it. Hence why we still support PrimeCo plans.

The biggest part of this Project is listening to customer questions and concerns.

"Why do I have to sign a contract to get a new phone at promotional price?"

"Why can't I upgrade whenever I want to?"

With the Project there are no contracts to sign after the first. And by using rewards points you can possibly upgrade as early as 9 months WITHOUT signing another contract. Solving 2 major issues and pain points with customers.

For those "light" cell phone users...

ATT 900 min/U-Txt= $79.99
VZW 900 min/U-Txt= $79.99
USCC 1000 min/U-Txt= $69.99
(see above, 7pm N&W, FREE INCOMING CALLS)

Saves $10 a month over 2 years = $240 (thats a car payment)

Where there is data; There are savings!

Now lets look at family plans:
Typical 1400 min/U-Txt/U-Data
(For Regular phones to Smart Phones)
vs. Our Essential Plus Plan
(1500 min, Unlimited text, Unlimited data {5 GB}, along with no contract after the first, early upgrades with your rewards points, n&w at 7pm and free incoming calls)

For 2 lines:
ATT=$140-170
VZW=$140-180
USCC= $140 (for any phone)

For 3 lines:
ATT=$170-215
VZW=$170-230
USCC=$180 (for any phone)

For 4 lines:
ATT=$190-250
VZW=$190-270
USCC=$220 (for any phone)

For 5 lines:
ATT=$210-285
VZW=$210-310
USCC=$260 (for any phone)

For 6 lines:
ATT= Can't do it
VZW= Can't do it
USCC $300 (for any phone)

Now if we wanted to take the Unlimited Plans:
Typical Unlimited Voice/U-Txt/U-Data (for reglar to smart phones) vs.
Our Premium plus plan.

(This plan has phone replacement built in so there is no need for insurance on your phones. Phone replacement allows the customer to exchange their phone in the store up to three times at no charge for a phone of like qualities as long as it is within its eligibility period. Meaning if the phone is physically damaged beyond repair and can give us the phone then its no charge. If the phone is lost/stolen then and only then would they pay the $100 deductible. The eligibility term is standard of 18 months, or when they can get a new phone at promotional price w/o signing a contract or if a customer has enough points banked to reduce their upgrade timer.)

For 2 lines:
ATT= $170-220
VZW= $170-230
USCC= $180 (for any phone)

For 3 lines:
ATT= $230-275
VZW= $230-290
USCC= $230 (for any phone)

For 4 lines:
ATT= $290-350
VZW= $290-370
USCC= $280 (for any phone)

For 5 lines:
ATT= $350-425
VZW= $350-450
USCC= $330 (for any phone)

For 6 lines:
ATT= Can't do it.
VZW= Can't do it.
USCC= $380

back to the "light" users
Voice only:
ATT=$120 and 50 per add'l up to 5 lines
VZW=$120 and 50 per add'l up to 5 lines
USCC=$120 and 40 per add'l up to 6 lines

Voice/U-Txt
ATT=$150 and 50 per add'l up to 5
VZW=$150 and 50 per add'l up to 5
USCC=$140 and 40 per add'l line up to 6 lines

So, hope this may clarify...enjoy
