There have been numerous times that customers have wanted to switch to these new plans but for them cost was the most important thing. When it wasn't cost effective for them to switch they didn't and we didn't push them. There is no need or rush to do so. If your current plan works, keep it. Hence why we still support PrimeCo plans.

The biggest part of this Project is listening to customer questions and concerns.

"Why do I have to sign a contract to get a new phone at promotional price?"

"Why can't I upgrade whenever I want to?"

(This plan has phone replacement built in so there is no need for insurance on your phones. Phone replacement allows the customer to exchange their phone in the store up to three times at no charge for a phone of like qualities as long as it is within its eligibility period. Meaning if the phone is physically damaged beyond repair and can give us the phone then its no charge. If the phone is lost/stolen then and only then would they pay the $100 deductible. The eligibility term is standard of 18 months, or when they can get a new phone at promotional price w/o signing a contract or if a customer has enough points banked to reduce their upgrade timer.)
