Forbes list of Most Trusted Companies for 2010
I feel pretty proud being a US Cellular Representative at this moment and I just wanted to share this with everyone!
US Cellular is the only wireless provider to make the list! Only 5% of public companies make this list and on a scale from 0 to 100 we scored 100!!
We are different. And I know that what I do, which is helping our customers is making a difference! I love this company and I seriously can't see myself working for anyone else ever.

Wow that is awesome! Thanks for sharing. You are right USCC is different. I didn't need this to feel good about my job but it is a little icing on the cake!

Is it that the company hasn't been around long enough for its various policies to have angered legions of uneducated customers?

What; those policies that every other wireless carrier has, or the simple fact that we can do for the customer what is right without having to escalate the issue up endless chains of management with other carriers to get a resolution. If that is the case then you are right.

If by 'doing what's right' you mean 'breaking policies to make customers happy', then I would have to imagine that the term 'most trusted' is synonymous with the term 'least profitable'.

If I am not mistaken isn't USC Corp the only cell phone provider in the US with no debt... so i guess were making a profit somewhere and making customers happy with our decision making abilities.

I will commend US Cellular for not having any debt. BUT...
Perhaps US Cellular does not have any debt because they are to afraid to take a risk and expand nationwide?

You're right the Carlsons should develop some kind of customer profiling software so people who don't pay their bills can be found and exterminated...
Or maybe they should take out billions of dollars in debt developing a new data service that we'll wind up scrapping anyways.

This was not for customer service, but for Audit Intergrity- transparent and conservative accounting practices and management. Way to go US Cellular.

Sounds like someone had a bad experience. Sorry to hear that, but as another rep I KNOW that our customer service is far and away superior to all other companies and what they offer.
