After reading many peoples replies, I have a question. I don't know if Mythos 2010 will be good or not, because I dont know the details. But assuming it is the greatest thing since sliced bread, why do some people (more than likely USCC associates) feel like it will be an industry changer? How does a company with 7 million or so customers, which only operates in some markets across the country (and not in most of the largest markets), going to be so influential that it will drastically affect companies up to 13x larger than them?

Whatever USCC does, it may do good in the markets they cover. But in the big picture, I cant see it making any difference. Ive seen regional carriers do many kinds of crazy plans and promotions, that are good in their markets, but dont change what the Big 4 carriers do. I think it is a little naive (and possibly arrogant) for USCC associates to think that USCC matters that much to the Big 4 as a whole.
