I heard they pushed the HTC Desire backto August to avoid the back order problems that they had with HTC Touch Pro 2

Actually the Desire and Verizon's Incredible use the same screen and thats why they pushed it back cuz the screens were on back order. Heard this directly from a MAIN SOURCE.
