yes. please LISTEN to any COR store rep or customer service rep. I know when theres an issue or a sudden charge and you want to know how it got there and bring ur bill into a store. Reps try their best to explain it to you and show you where the charges are from, but if you are close minded and refusing to accept the explanation, there isn't much more that can be done for you.
