well here in iowa you have to go atleast 80% which would be 20 out of 24 months... i wish we could get the 18 month again like it use to

add a line to your account for ten bucks a month and get the phone at a discount and then switch the phone to the current line you are using! Also the 30 network guarantee does not apply to renewals but you can swap your phone within 30 days. if you renew your contract and then decided you don't want to stick with USCC you cannot get out of your contract unless you pay an ETF, meaning you cant renew and then void your contract.

Doesn't US Cellular do an offer for a new phone after 2 years? I know other carriers do. Some of my friends on Verizon got new phones after having theres for 2 years.

yes you can get a phone after two years if you resign your contract for anothe two years and in some uscc markets you can resign once you are 50% thru your contract but once you resign you don't get another thiry day network trial. What I was saying before is that you have thirty days to exchange your phone for another one after you have renewed your contract but you cannot get out of the contract within those thirty days

Ok this is how it works just like said in previous posts.

Verizon, AT&T, T-mobile and most carriers make you wait as an existing customer for 22-24 months before you can get a new phone. It Still requires your friends to re sign with them for two more years.

At US Cellular it is no different. You can get a new phone at 18/20 months depending on where you live. This does require you to resign your contract for two years from that date.
