So I am starting this thread to see who really knows their stuff about U.S Cellular. So Lets say I'm a customer and I have a 39.95 MidCenteral Local Plan with free incoming calls and I pay 5.95 for unlimited N&W from 7pm - 6:59am and I also pay 9.95 for 1000 mobile to mobile mins. Now I still have 400 out of my 1000 day times mintues left at this point in my billing cycle and I have used all 1000 of my mobile to mobile mins. What happens?

I'm excited to see the answers!!!! 🙂 🙂 🙂

Now I'm testing your knowledge not OLR's Knowledge (OLR already knows everything, its basically god, but a total mess)

As a former employee I believe it is against policy for USCC employees to post on this site. I guess that shows where your ethics are now doesn't it.

$9.95 for 1000 mobile to mobile mins? I'm sorry but are you on a different planet or an old school plan?
What happens is you need to upgrade to "unlimited" mobile to mobile mins.

Currently you have...
$39.95 Local 1000 w/Call-Me Promo
$5.95 Local N/W's @ 7pm
$9.95 Local 1000 M2M
Total $55.85

Look at this new plan...
$49.99 Wide Area 1000
Includes Call-Me and N/Ws @7pm
$6.00 Wide Area M2M
Total $55.99

For an extra $0.14 you get an expanded coverage area and Unlimited M2M instead of being capped at 1000.

In theory any m2m minutes used beyond your 1000 should pull from your anytime minutes. But cares can do many crazy things so another possibility is that they may bill as overage.

If you use any more mobile to mobile minutes you are billed .10/ minute.

Is this the answer you are looking for??

awesome! That didn't take very long for someone to get the answer right! you rock. Thats a question I asked a training class of sixty five people and they didn't have a clue! But yes, if you go over your mobile to mobile mins you will be charged ten cents a min regardless if you have daytime mins left or unlimited N&W 😁 😁 😁

What about a regional plan with the 3000 nights and weekend mins, would it work the same way?

I was gonna answer the same thing until I read this post and realized someone already answered correctly.

I still think is SHOULD pull from your remaining peak pool, I never understood what brainiac decided to set it up this way. Make more money I guess.
