USC is now selling some new phones, one is the Nokia 6585 and the other is a Kyocera, not sure if it's the Energi Or Rave, I'm leaning towards the Energi tho. Hopefuly a usc rep can confirm that for me, also I've noticed that on the usc website they are no longer offering the LG VX6000 Camera phone.

We are selling the Rave as a TalkTracker-only phone, and testing the Energi as a postpay phone. and we are still selling the VX6000, they're probably just out of stock for the website, since they ARE buy one get one free (at least in the Central market). Also- just got in the Kyocera SE44, and will be getting the Moto V810 in the next few weeks.

ahhh, lol, should of known. As much as I love USC I'm probably going to be switching to cingular as soon as they come to Iowa later on this year. Have been with USC for 5 years now but really wanting services that other companies offer, cingular seems to be the one that would have the best service tho.

So can you tell me if there are any newer phones comming out this year since the V810 is now available? Specifically will the v265 be available from USC?? Thanks

True! We're also testing the Kyocera Koi, the Moto V262, Nokia 6019, and the Kyocera SoHo. Oh, and the Moto V710 of course. 😎

What's the v262? Is it the v260 except the special model number means its USCC only?

I had heard the V262 was the V265 without a camera.
Wish there was more information on the V265

That's what the v260 has...or lacks. So, if there is a v262, its probably the same thing as the v260, sort of like the T730/T731.

I'm a manager of an agent location...the Kyocera Rave is for the prepaid service only, but is almost identical to the kx414. I still have the 6000 in my store and was told they are in good inventory position, but you're right, it's not on the website. Perhaps they are trying to push the 8900

yeah, the only real difference between the kx414 and rave is that the rave has a flashlight. Also, I've seen the 8900 and after actualy messing around with it and seeing all the features I think the 6000 is a much better phone, yeah the 8900 has all the prety screens and stuff like that but the phone really doesn't back it up the best.

I've had two customers come in complaining that they have zero to no reception when it's raining out with their 6000. I have the 4400 and love the LG product. I've honestly not sold many 8900 and have only played with it briefly. I am actually excited about the new moto coming.

must say the complete opposite about it not working when it's raining. I go storm chasing all the time and am in extremly entense rain and have no problems with service. Also am excited about the ne moto...can't pass up a new USC phone...
