To the Naysayers of the belief project!

I would like to take a second to address people on this forum that think they have all the facts. Many people spend a lot of time compaining about the belief project, but half of the people are not even going in to talk to a sales person. Looking through numbers there are a lot of times where people would end up paying more, but if that is the case stay on your old plan. You are not forced to switch, you ca keep everything the way it was as if there was no belief project. Seems like the people compaining on here are the people that expect everything to be free in life. If you want benefits you will pay for it. Talking to my local sales person they switched over 60,000 people over by the 3rd day of the belief project launch. He showed me the ...

I think some people may benefit from the new plans. Those high end spenders that have 5 lines and several smart phones, but most people won't benefit. Sure, you get perks, but they come at a higher price per month for most plans. Ala carte features are all but gone. On a single line plan you go from per use text to $20 higher unlimited text with nothing in between. It's all or nothing. USCC keeps telling people they can stay on their old plan. Well, a lot a people are because the new plans aren't worth changing for. As far as sales people doubling their commissions...not sure where you heard that. I've read other people on here that are salespeople saying their commissions are cut in half with the new plans. So your salesman making ...

As an employee of USCC, I can assure you we are NOT making double what we were making prior to the new belief plans rolled out. We are only making half what we were making at best. If you work really hard you might make 75% of what you would have on the old plans. I've worked for the company for 4 years now and it's a good sized pay cut we are getting in sales. It's a big enough cut that many sales associates are updating their resumes.

It must be a location thing... as of today I'm at 150% of what I normally make commission wise...

That's crazy. Yeah, we are in an older, established market that is pretty well saturated. We are at like 50% to 75% our normal commission.

Thank you for saying that! You cannot believe everything that you hear, you must go and find out for yourself.

There have been numerous times that customers have wanted to switch to these new plans but for them cost was the most important thing. When it wasn't cost effective for them to switch they didn't and we didn't push them. There is no need or rush to do so. If your current plan works, keep it. Hence why we still support PrimeCo plans.

The biggest part of this Project is listening to customer questions and concerns.

"Why do I have to sign a contract to get a new phone at promotional price?"

"Why can't I upgrade whenever I want to?"

With the Project there are no contracts to sign after the first. And by using rew...

Hey, Mr. Know it all,

What about us "light" users looking to port from another carrier and wanting a nice COMPETITIVE $39.99/month plan???????? What can your lovely so-called "belief project" do for me???? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!! Instead of porting to USCC, I will go to a carrier that does not entirely blindside the people on a fixed income and do not NEED more than a 39.99/month plan.

later, BYE!!!!

Ok thats fine. I'm not saying that anyone HAS to drink the punch.

But if you consider that AT&T/Sprint/VZW on their 39.99 plan that has 450 anytime/5000 N&W if you make/recieve more than 5 calls a day you are in jepordy of going over your minutes each month.

This is not just throwing out something, AT&T prints this out and gives it to thier employees, at least they did when i worked there. Thats how they upsell to a 900 min plan. Which for them is 59.99.

5 calls daily/5 min per call/5 days a week/4 weeks in a month= avg of 500 min a month. Thats 50 min over a 450 plan. The overage charges alone are more expensive then the next rate plan up. So then our 49.99 700 min plan with included N&W at 7pm, which AT&T charges for and VZW do...

Instead of me getting 20% off my 69.99 rate plan I now get 20% off the total price of $179.99.

And you now pay $179.99 before discount?

$110.00 price increase fail.

that was the disc out the voice portion of his old plan...discounts are only applied to voice portions, since the belief plans are all bundled he gets the 20% off the 179 vs just getting it off the voice portion... he probally had the nat'l 1000 w text and data services...

So he paid $110.00 in text/data features, and $69.99 for the voice portion of his plan?

Overpriced data/text fail.

It's also stormtroopers searching your house, the formation of a new political party named EngSoc, forcible detention and 're-education' of non-believers, mandatory ritualized eating of Iceberg Lettuce and the coming of Halley's Comet.

That's why it took 4 years to develop. It's kind of complex, and that's just Stage 1!

OK ill make it simple for you.
69.99 voice for 1000 min
30 unlimited text/pix/vid msg
30 data one line
30 data one line
... received 20% off 69.99 ... totals 55.92+30+30+30=145.90/mo for old plan

switched to Prem Plus plan

179.99...Unlimited voice, text, data, and phone replacement ... 20% off 179.99=143.99

He is paying less for far more services.

Your basic math skills = fail.

Then why the argument about the services and pricing over the rates. If you can't get them or our service for that matter, why care? The only thing your doing is negatively impacting those people who do care and may perhaps consider service with us.

As a former consumer of VZW, Sprint, and AT&T I personally do not bash or detour customers or potential customers from thier products or services. Its thier choice.
