Stop wasting your money on buying a battery for your phone if u r a uscc customer. Beginning 5/19, uscc will swap your battery out for free if the phone is still within the first eighteen months of purchase. This does not cover liquid damage.

i dont think this is like super secret.
we have been doing the trial in TN for over 6 months. anyone that researches a little on the web would know this.
and we still replace even with water damage.

We got the training DVD here in my store last week and will be rolling it out in May in STL just like the rest of the company. I'm excited, I think it will be great.

Hey knox, did your accessory sales go down any because of it? I think thats my biggest concern with giving batteries for free. but I can see the bigger potiental of getting alot more renewals outta the deal.

We never sold batteries sorry.
The good will it creates and renewal capability is huge.
The traffic creation for other accessory sales is still good.
Remember they came in thinking to spend 40.00 on a battery and they can get a free battery and a case for 20-30 or usb or memory card...list goes on it is def more accessory opportunities for the store.
We train our workers to look take every customer opportunity as the ability to see if the customer needs anything. Feature attachment, new line, case charger ect... anything will bring more revenue for the store and employees.
The batter program defiantly brings in more of those opportunities to serve the customer

Here we are a week from it, I've taken the training courses and I'm excited. This will be great. Knox - how was the advertising for it down there? Will we see TV/radio? Or was it just word of mouth and bill insert/mailer type stuff from our side.
