nothing herd but everyone must understand, you get what you pay for. uscc has unlimited for 70 on contract and 65 on prepaid.
prepaid would just include min, also the 70 contract unlimited is just min but can add 20 dollars and get unlimited messaging. or add 30 dollars and get internet messaging and min unlimited. most of what cell phones is all about is the network. with uscc you get an award winning network proven by jd power and assoiates as the best network in the midwest. also you get the best customer service in the industy. so with criket make sure you are reading the fine print, are you even getting voice mail?? yes that is a question you should ask with criket. basically you get what you pay for is what im saying but many have gi...

ive had cricket in the oklahoma area and they actually charge you 7$ everytime you go to the store to pay your bill!!! your only allowed a certain number of calls into customer service each month and after that it wont get you to a person, and the coverage is horrible! i would ask a lot of questions of them and boost before switching!

I want to know how someone can get unlimited service from us for 70 bucks a month. If you want unlimited everything, with a smartphone, its gonna be $145 a month, with a "dumb" phone, its gonna be $125. Thats unlimited minutes, data, and messaging. But I agree with everyone else, you do get what you pay for. Shoot, in Muskogee, if you walk OUT of a Cricket store your service drops. It's that lame. So if you live in an apartment above a Cricket store, and you never leave your house, go that route.

You will not be able to get unlimited everything for $70 a month, but in the chicago market, we have an unlimited local calling plan with long distance for $70 and roaming minutes can be added to the plan for someone travelling. It is a sweet plan. Perhaps this is what the csr was referring to. Add the unlimited pix/txt/vid and mobile internet for $25, for a dumb phone as you say, and you get unlimited everything for $95 per month.

Go get service from them then. Some places need to give stuff away to get customers. Like someone else said. You get what you pay for. Why should US Cell give YOU some great deal and everyone else has to pay for their service. Who cares how long you been a customer for. I shop at the same grocery store for 30 years. I don't get any special deals. They aren't in the top spots for a reason. If US Cell gets the plan then awesome. But, stop people need to stop this Holyier than thou route. My god people. "i'm gonna call customer relations and complain because i pay my bill and want to be treated better than everyone else.. because its ME"

Some of you need to get over yourselves.

HAHA.. close. More like TIRED of CR reps. Some are good ones and at least hold their ground with ****. I F'n hate the fact that some people have legit reasons they need to cancel or have legit problems and get shafted because they don't BITCH enough.. and act like adults. But then you get the AHole that just WANTS to pay less because he is some king-ding-a-ling in his own mind and we bend over backward for him. Here, have a new phone, here have $50 credit, here have your timer reset. BULLSHIT. If you're gonna give people everything they want.. then give it to EVERYONE. And stop F'ing over what the RWC's and store / sales managers have to say. If i tell a customer 1 thing. And i am truely following the DO and doing what is right fo...

I totally agree, considering I am a CR rep, however, the problem lies in the fact that we talk to hundreds of RWCs a day, how do you seperate the ones who know what they are doing - from the ones who dont? We are trained to negotiate, If you think a customer should have a lower early upgrade fee the give good reasoning, because we base our decision on their payment and adjustment history as well as the situation at hand. We dont want to give away the farm, but we do want to build loyalty. Considering the fact that we are a small company in a churning industry, we have to make the smartest business decision possible. I know sometimes you will get the CR rep who has just gotten off a call with a customer who ripped them a new one just because ...
