Working in a mall!!!!!
The most annoying thing about working in the mall at U.S Cellular- The mall opens at 10:00 a.m I arrive about 9:40am every morning, my light's are off, i'm just getting everything ready before I open, but no NO ONE relizes that my LIGHTS are off and that it's not even 10:00 a.m... 😳 I'll be on the phone and cust. will sit there and get mad because I havn't helped them yet. WERE CLOSED, but i'm nice and can't tell them that.. but omg it's freaking annoying. 👿 add more stories if you would like.

exactly and if you tell them you don't know they get all pissed at you lol, one time around christmas a cust. came up and was like wheres t mobile, and one of our associates said no clue ( and there right above us on the second floor) and she told her she could find out at cust. serv. she stood there in a 10 min. line, came back this way to back up stairs, and yells f***'n Bastards LOL it was awesome.

personally i just think its rude to stop by and ask for a competitors store.... sorry but i dont know nor do i care where verizon or at&t is located.

One of our locations is a kiosk ib a grocery store. Where is the bathroom? Do you sell stamps? Are there any more of this sale item? I just tell them I dont know I work for US Cellular. Thats when they finally look up and see the large sign over my head. Then I get a dirty look and they walk away in a huff.
Or they walk up and I just get there and tell them sorry I dont open until 10am I have nothing ready to help you. Usually they are nice and come back.
But when they think you are a competetitor I explain who I am offer to help anyways and they usually switch.
