This is my first time dealing with Asurion Insurance.

Metro Pcs needs to seriously reconsider the insurance provider "Asurion". I has a customer in my store for about an hour because her phone was broken and she was trying to make an insurance claim. They put her through so many hoops, to a point where I actually felt bad for her.

Dude, look as an insurance company Asurion is trying to prevent fraud as much as possible. AS a rep you will soon find out that some people know how to work the system and get what they want. Unfortunatelly because of a few bad apples a few policies HAD to be re-arranged to accomodate both the carrier and the insurance company, therefore all customers had to abide by the new processes. I apologize to this customer for any inconvenience this has put her through but like I said all of them pay for a few bad apples. Asurion is first and foremost a business.

I guess, I'm just not use to that. I've been with Sprint for years and I have lost my phone a couple times and it's so quick to file a claim and they ask very limited questions, but I believe Sprints is through Lockline. That's all, I helped her and got her a replacement sent to her and she thanked me for helping her, it was just so much. I was like WOW
