Retail Store Manager -- Dallas

Duncanville, TX - Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish)

Retail Store Manager, Duncanville, TX - As we continue to experience tremendous growth, we are seeking talented and dynamic individuals to help launch our service in the Dallas/ Ft. Worth Metroplex and open new stores. If you are looking for an exciting opportunity with an up and coming company dedicated to innovation and success, consider a position with MetroPCS. We are currently looking for a retail store manager who will be responsible for the overall management of our new retail store located in Duncanville, Texas. Responsibilities will include staffing a new store from the ground up, customer service, sales, scheduling, inventory and cash management, merchandising, and maintenance of the store. In addition, this position will manage all store opening and closing procedures, cash deposits, employee training and supervision, as well as managing inventory and returns. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of management experience in a retail environment with a minimum of 5 years sales experience. Computer proficiency and a successful track record of sales in a high transaction environment are necessary. Extraordinary interpersonal skills a must, as well as a college degree is preferred. Experience in the wireless sales environment as well as Bilingual (Spanish/English) a huge plus.
