As to handset no comparison. LG Motion vs HTC EVO you've got to kidding. Not even in the same ballpark 3.5' screen on 4g are you serious.
The Customer service a coin flip. Clearly you did not take the timne to read my complaint. nor, have you ever used them both. The two times that I talked to Virgin/Sprint I TALKED to knowledgeable, profession staff in the us. Never happened after a dozen with Metro. When I was activing my phone. Customer service proactively called me and offered to help. The one emil that I sent customer servvice was answered within 24 hrs. The dozens to metro never.
In store personnel, my good even the teenagers in Best Buy are light years head of the best of the best at Metro. Again clearly never took the time to read my complaint.
Yes, the pricing is competitive but not really better. As I've learned there's a lot more to look at thn just price alone.
So, even with the new LTE service it's still a better choice.
