Experiencing trouble with Metro's Nokia 6255i... help...

I purchased a new, Metro Nokia 6255i phone in May and til' this day have not resolved the problem. The problem with my phone is that it powers off and on by itself. And eventually it turns off completely after about an hour. I have bought three batteries for it and the problem is still there. Metro hasn't been much help either- giving me excuses from downloading ringtones or pictures- which i haven't to "I don't see it powering off." The phone tends to power off in places where one signal bar is present. I even sent it to the Nokia Repair Center in Florida which took 18 days to get it back in the same condition! They stated that they had flashed it and there is nothing wrong with the phone- maybe it's the Metro network. After calling Metro numerous of times, they have agreed to, get this, give me a REFURBISHED phone instead of a new one- which i have to pay $10.78 as well. Now I am on their waiting list in which it can take up to a month! Please don't get me wrong, this phone is GREAT when it's working. The pictures come out good and the MP3 is fun. Is there any Metro users who have bought this Nokia 6255i that have issues with the phone powering on and off by itself. And if so, how did you resolve it.... thanks for reading, Raul
