First of all there are no activation fees with Metro. If you get charged something like that, its because you went to an authorized dealer and saw you coming a mile away.As for their first month of service, as long as you fall within the MetroPromise which is 7days with less than 60 minutes of usage, you do get a full refund of your first month and equipment. As for pro rated months, thats exactly what it is.... pro rated which is a partial charge for usage of a plan during mid cycle. And please.... entertain us in saying which company does refund pro rated charges... Please!! Stop drinking the cool aid and read all of the terms and conditions before posting.
