it's very simple
30 days of service, depending on which card you buy gives the total mins that you'll have for that 30 day period. basically covers all the same services as the $40 plan, you can't do any add-on's but you can add funds to the Metroconnect acct if you really wanted to use travel talk.
unlimited text, it's just the talk and any data features that are charged to your mins.
