Rumor of a metro touchscreen
I dont know if its true or not but my metro dealer is usually right about new phones and he said that metro is getting a touchscreen sometime around christmas this is just a heads up i will let you know when i get more info

Actually around Christmas time metro pcs will be releasing the samsung glide which is a cdma touch screen hope this helps

There is NO touch screen phone on the road map for Metro PCS. Sorry to disappoint but there doesn't look to be one coming out for a long while. 2 problems. Most Metro PCS customers are not going to spend the money that would be priced for a touch screen and also test of smart phones and touch screens have not gone well. This is not to say they will never come out with one, but not anytime soon.

Yes we are releasing not 1 but 2 touch screens in april. One is by samsung and the other is the motorola evoke. They were suppose to be released end of april but they are concidering moving the date to the begging of april. They are going to be high end phones and will be over $200.
