I need help with my Metro PCS phone!

Hello,

I need help with my phone! I let my baby nephew play with it, and when I got it back it seemed slightly messed up. There's now a picture of headphones on the screen, and while I can receive calls I can't hear the caller, and they can't hear me.

I suspect the two fit hand in hand.

Help on fixing this would be greatly appreciated!
