I like the strobe the best. I enjoy the keyboard and when we go on the web (whenever) it will be real cool then. I had the razr and it was ok. But it was a basic phone that was thin. The video quality was cool though. I can only imagine the nokia has all the features and everything that everybody wants, and I am sure its the better phone but I am impress with the strobe.

Have you been able to connect to your PC to download photos? What about ringtones? I have heard the pre-loaded ones are lame. Have you been able to download your own? If so, what cables/software did you need to purchase to accomplish this? I am trying to choose between this phone and the 6265. Leaning toward this one since I don't want to spend over $200.00 for a cell phone.

I live in the San Francisco bay area. I always update my cell phones with the newest ones that metro comes out with but I will be sticking with the strobe for awhile. If texting is your thing this is the phone to have.
The clarity is great even underground on bart.
I ordered a bluetooth connection for my pc I broke the last one, so I should be able to tell you more about the downloads later. There is not a mp3 player on the phone but there is a place to save sounds. You can also purchase the cable and software from kyocera 44.00. yeah the ringtones on there are lame. but you can do a metro connect and get better ones with real tones. I love the phone and would recommend it to anyone.

I vote for the Razr, I stay in Miami and it has great reception. Best reception out of all phones I've had w/ Metro to be honest.

Metro PCS is a REAL carrier. In fact it can be argued they are THE MOST REAL carrier of them all. One monthly rate...talk all you want. No silly contracts. They are not owned by a phone company with land lines that are afraid to canibalize their home telephone service business by offering great rates. NOKIA 6265i is by a longshot the best phone up there due to the 2.0 megapixel cam, and 2 gb mini sb slot....the new razr is coming by still is not up to nokia's standards.

The Razr is the best! I enjoyed my nokia 6265i- but it was too bulky. And the strobe is a joke!! With my Razr I can download movies into it and watch it anywhere. I have 7 full length movies that I can watch anywhere. And with the speakerphone loud and the long lasting battery is a bonus...

The 6265i was the best hands down.2mp camera,fm radio,mp3,battlery life,best reception,video,microsd slot, this phone had everything.It performed well as a toy and a phone.
