My friend has me on their line but they are always lays paying Bill even though my part is always on time, can I remove my phone from their account and have my own?

This answer is probably too late, but for those who read it after the fact...
Yes you can have your own line. Both parties can go to a retail location together and have the lines separated into individual accounts.
