Confused If you get tired of dropped calls , late texts or late voice mails, it`s in those terms & conditions. Use caution when dealing with Metro PCS

Good thing you don't have an activation fee with Metro. If you can't tell within 60 minutes of talk time whether it will work for you, too bad. We're talking $40 to $60 here. Better than signing a contract.

First of all there are no activation fees with Metro. If you get charged something like that, its because you went to an authorized dealer and saw you coming a mile away.As for their first month of service, as long as you fall within the MetroPromise which is 7days with less than 60 minutes of usage, you do get a full refund of your first month and equipment. As for pro rated months, thats exactly what it is.... pro rated which is a partial charge for usage of a plan during mid cycle. And please.... entertain us in saying which company does refund pro rated charges... Please!! Stop drinking the cool aid and read all of the terms and conditions before posting.

This is wholly untrue; I get to deny prorated credits on a regular basis. Please review the Terms and Conditions of Service.

I think they mean for 30 day customers.

It is for 30 day/60 minute customers. If you use more than 60 minutes of talk time, you get no refund on airtime or phones. It's simple and clearly pointed out in the terms of service.

If you're in a financial position where $40 is a hit to you, try not having a wireless device.

That is a good point, and it sticks to the spirit of the agreement.

If you don't like the service, it should take you less than an hour of talk time.
