what the heck is FLASH??

What is it?
Can you do it to any phone?
Where can if be done at?

metroflash is a procedure that unlocks most CDMA phones to be able to use on the metropcs network. theres only two catches, it can only be used for SMS and voice (no web or MMS), and once it is unlocked to metro, it stays as metro.
