metroPCS in Detroit/Dallas area

They have been telling me for 3 days now that their system has been down and they say the cannot access my account. They say it is under maintenance. I get a bunch of "call back in an hour or two hours" or "in the morning" or "at night" but still the same thing. I am trying to add some features to my phone and swap my phone out as well and it is really frustrating. Has anyone else been plagued with this problem and is there any more information on when it will be back?

First I've heard of this. I do get the "call back in a couple of hours" message on occasion, but nothing recently, and I just called a couple of times today to pay off my bill. Best bet is to make it to a retail store.

Thank you for that brilliant bit of advice. Today they say they are updating the billing system for the Detroit and Dallas markets, and have been for the last 3 days and will not be finished until tomorrow afternoon. but then again they have told me all types of times of delay since i have started calling on the first of this month. I'm just glad my phone isn't broken beyond usability, then i would really be impatient. The thing that gets me is that they haven't given me any solid information, I have to just keep calling back and checking. Then they throw it in my face with a "call back in 2 hours" and when i do they say they don't know how long. Hopefully it will be alright by tomorrow but im not holding my breath.
