Not Getting All Text/Picturemail

I have been having problems as of late. My speaker on my 2865 broke so no sound without being permanently attached to my Bluetooth. I haven't been getting all my texts or picturemails, and if/when they do come in, they're 5-7 days behind. I talked to cust. service but I think we can all agree they have limited answers. What can I do?

Update: I went to the PCS Center yesterday and they exchanged my phone for $10. New 2865 works fine but I still have issues with the text/picturemail. Help me!

Well, you could always get a phone from a major carrier. Sign the contract and get all the benefits that go with it.

Actually you just need to get ahold of a good rep. Being with a "Major" company has nothing to do with it.
When you call Customer Service ask them to Refresh your text message.. There could be a problem with yours not being set up right...

There are several things you can try to fix the solution. You can call and ask them to refresh you in the switch. Also have them remove, replace and refresh the txt/mms portion of your service. If neither of those work try asking for a new MIN for your phone number. Last if not least ask for a new phone number and a new min.
But also keep in mind if you live, work and play in an area where the coverage is low or almost non existent your messages will go into a que, then if you get one three days later it will push the rest of the messages to the phone.

I have your same problem.It's like i only have problems with this phone.I mean i send a text and the person gets them,but they must text the same message back twice before i can get their messages.This happens everywhere.I'm thinking about selling my phone and getting the old school 6235i.
