Whats the commission like???
My question is whats the commission like for you corp. store people?? How do your quotas work, what are they and whats the pay outs for new activations / upgrades and features? My comp with my company just changed and was curious how it compared to other companies.

I do not have any exact amounts, but I beleive they all work towards a store quota, then there commission is based on a percentage of there monthly salary pay and the percentage is determined on how well the store finished against quota.

The corp stores, have store goals. In addition you have personal goals as well. If you are a full time employee you get a base salary plus commission. Then there are additional levels once you hit your goals. But the biggest thing with working for Metro is not that the money is a huge amount. But the benefits and the growth of the company is amazing. There are a lot of people who started with the company 5 years ago and are in upper management positions.
