Very Upset with Virgin Mobile Service

I have the LG Rumor Touch - Every single month I have to call into Virgin Mobile's customer service (if you can call it that) department because I have issues with my picture messaging and web browsing. Though it occurs every single month they have no clue how to fix this issue. I am unable to send/receive picture messages and most of the time I can not browse the web. I spend hours and hours of my life trying to get someone to fix my problem as I continue to pay for services that I am unable to use. I am told the same things over and over again as well including "We apologize for the inconvenience" and that they "understand my frustration" and "thank you for choosing Virgin Mobile." Seriously?! They sent me a junkie refurbished phone and surprise - it wasn't a problem with the phone. I have spoken to supervisors and customer service people and the technical support department over and over again and no one seems to know how to resolve my issues. You would think that there would be notes on my account how to fix it since I have to spend hours every month trying to get it fixed. I am told that my complaint will be "Escalated" yet I have to wait weeks and then "I" have to call in to them just to start the whole process over again since no one ever fixes it. I am so fed up with Virgin Mobile! They are horrible and really should not be in business! I would not recommend their service to anyone.
