Cell problem

I have had this Virgin Mobile 'LG' pre-paid for about two years now and this is the first time having problems with it.

I don't know if it's a feature I have overlooked, bad battery, being locked onto a bad cell tower or just the phone itself that has gone bad.

It started about three days ago.

1. Incoming calls go straight to voicemail.

2. Outcalls get a busy signal and I get a message pop-up saying 'Bad Service' (something like that)

3. This happens daily, but not always, but more than I like.

Don't know If this happened to someone else and can be fixed or should I just drop the $20.00 for a new phone.

Any thoughts?
Thanks

I havent had this problem sounds to me like you have a software issue with your phone. Best thing to do is just call vm and see if they can get you a replacement. And BTW if you got the LG I would highly suggest that you get a kyocera or a samsung cause LG is junk trust me!
