But it sounds like you just want to give up your money so easily for a dumb error (or as you like to call it "stealing your money") And yeah, your dealing with stupid teanagers in Costumer Service. So its up to you to ask the right questions to direct them in helping you get your money back, or have them find your phone and ship it to you.
