Sprint is launching Push to Talk (Readylink) this week

Yes I know we've all waited for it and here it is Sprint PCS has the walkie talkie they call Readylink. It's price by itself is $15/month or if you also subscribe to PCS Vision services it's only $5/month. On the heels of Sprint's 7pm nights and weekends and mobile television the cutting edge is truly here and now.

yay yippee skippie, i guess it would be benificial if everyone bought a walkie talkie phone, of course if all your friends are poor and cant afford the new spiffy walkie talkie phone, i guess you could sit and talk to yourself !!! 🙄

Sure, it would be wonderful if you could talk to anyone with a ptt, regardless of the carrier, but I guess that is in the future. For now, everyone I work with is on Nextel, can not talk to them with Sprint.

They need to come out with a cheap PTT phone, something like the motorola Verizon uses (not the same, just similar syle, hopefully not a motorola too.)

Yes they do. but they already got the 7200 that would be like a moto. i think better.
