My contract with Nextel is almost up. I keep looking at the VM4500 or 8200 but i don't know if i should switch to Sprint. I had Sprint about two years ago and it ripped me off. They charged me for some min. I never used. So why would I want to go back you might ask?? well its because they have much nicer phones than any other carrier. I'm kind of scared of going back.
any advice????

thanks in advance

I'd ask around -- see who your friends have for carriers and how they like them. The coolest phone in the world is a paperweight without service.

Where do you live? I have had Sprint for about 9 yrs now and would never go to another carrier. I think some it depends on where you live.

Not sure about the cell service there. Have you looked on Sprints website as far as coverage.. I just looked and looks like there is great coverage. Sprint has pretty good plans and great stuff... Anymore questions just holler..

Yes i saw the coverage and it does look like I'm going to go with Sprint. The only question now is do i wait for the 8200 or go with the VM4500. I cant really tell the difference between them only the Video part and one cost more than the other one from what i heard. Any suggestions?

I heard some con's about the vm4500 phone like it gets lots of dropped calls and the picture quality is poor. Is that true?? Do you have any problems with your VM4500

The vm4500 says one thing to me compared to the 8200: Pimp. 😉

Well, I don't know what happened with your billing fiasco, but I had Sprint for the better part of two years and I never had any trouble with their phones or service (although I will recommend that you get a Sanyo...any Sanyo). I'm with Verizon now, and I've got to say that I think ...
