Sprint customer service

Had to call Sprint customer service twice today, once for a billing issue, then for a minor account change. Both times I was on hold for less than 30 seconds, both CS agents were pleasant, helpful & efficient and they took care of both issues quickly. Superb service today, kudos to Sprint.
