Re: SPRINT CANT EVEN FIX A SIMPLE VOICE ISSUE
Disregard anything old "gloopey" says. His/her knee-jerk reaction is always to defend Sprint's actions at all costs, disregard the facts, and to turn your posting against you with typically bizarre verbal twisting. Pay no attention because his/her postings are meaningless contortions of the facts, saying whatever it takes to make Sprint look good. I suspect old "gloopey" may be a political strategist or speechwriter/spindoctor. Usually, paranoia is involved, and "gloopey" will make unfounded and unprovable statements that you are a serial poster with multiple aliases, posing as yet another Sprint-basher. It's great entertainment watching the predictable responses of old "gloopey" ;-)
I concede to being somewhat Paranoid. Unfortunately, people rarely disappoint me when it comes to predictable behaviors. Most people in life have their own biases, agendas, and point of view that influence how they think and behave.
You, for example, are a big fan of old Nextel and cannot get over the fact that it was taken over by Sprint or the changes that have taken place since. This is why any opinion you offer on their products or services are seldom helpful or objective.
I freely admit that I am a fan of Sprint. Your need to explain that to others here adds nothing to the discussion. The difference between us in this regard is I see these forums as a place to exchange helpful ideas for other like-minded enthusiasts. You and others like you see it as a sounding board for whatever dislikes you may have.
In my opinion, the reason many knowledgeable folks have left here is because they grew tired of the endless discussion threads that revolved around carrier X really sucks.
To me, I'm doing more than defending Sprint. I'm preserving the purpose and integrity of this site by challenging the smear mongers who come for no other reason than to stir up trouble.
I really could care less that someone got bad service, was treated unfairly, or any other bad experience they supposedly had. At the end of the day, who knows whether any of it is true? Even if it is, we can't help fix your network issues, Mr. Anonymous.
