Re: SPRINT CANT EVEN FIX A SIMPLE VOICE ISSUE
1. After 10 years of supposedly good service, why would one bizarre incident like this suddenly turn you away? If you were in the wireless industry, you know better than anyone else that the people you deal with on the phone are often poorly trained temps.
2. You claim to be knowledgeable about network issues; however, you don't know or even have a theory as to why this is happening. That being the case, how can you claim it's a "simple issue?" If it's so simple, why haven't you fixed it?
3. You complained that this issue prevented you from calling two family members, but no one else. I fail to see how that scenario plays out the way you described. If you needed to reach the two with call block, why not contact someone else and have them relay your messages? Under those circumstances, it shouldn't have been a problem.
4. Both usernames you've posted under are new. The one here is days old and the one in the Sprint Community is a few months. Prior to this, you were unknown. My question is; why would someone who has the same carrier for 10 years and worked in wireless industry wait until recently to join two internet forums for the sole purpose of bashing it?
Maybe it's just me, but IMO this is why no one has answered you.
