it's true that this forum is anonymous, however, the truth is that sprint is having a lot of issues with call quality, their Network Vision process is affecting many customers. I have a friend who works for sprint and he tells me he's seen customers with up to 3 months of outages (internally called network vision) and can't get out their contracts. if you call sprint they can't do anything because you're calling a callcenter and towers are being worked by engineering. if you're not affected by Network Vision then most probably it's because the existing towers are below capacity.
