I was really upset with Sprint a couple of months ago. I usually rave about their service and their customer service never seemed bad. Then I got some stupid thing in the mail saying I could get a free upgrade. I went in and they sold me some phone (free after mail in rebate) and I still hate this piece of fail. I sometimes wish someone WOULD steal it, so then they could be cursed with this piece of fail instead of me.

Then I get my first bill with some $50 activation fee, which would have been fine, if they had told me there was going to be one. That was a surprise headache I didn't need and then the next bill came along saying I owed $72 for data usage! I don't use my phone to go online, that is what my laptop is for. So how the heck did I use data if I never went online? I didn't download ringtones, I didn't look at games, nothing. I asked if they could just block my phone from using data and the best they offered me was half off on the extra charges. They were rather rude about it too, making me regret the upgrade. I just want my simple phone back, where weird things dont just get added on.

And btw, just because it has a touch screen, doesn't make it awesome. I hate touch screen (pressure touch screen) and they seriously need to work on their "hidden fees" speech to customers from the beginning. It would save headaches and I am still confused about the whole data charges. And please don't randomly add on device protection for $8 extra a month. I didn't ask for it, thanks.
